We tasted three types of honey from Waiheke Island.  On the jar it said who the Queen Bee was.

We had our favourites and we wrote about why they were our favourite.  It was really hard to describe the taste of honey without just saying it tasted like honey!

    Yes I can imagine it would be a difficult taste to describe. I love manuka honey in greeen tea. makes it taste really sweet but not like sugar. You are lucky to have experienced different types of honey and I bet your stories are really interesting because you have had first hand experience. Go the BEES.
